Research shows that having support is one of the top three behaviors for predicting success in combating obesity, improving
weight, and managing health. I want to provide you with that support as a working foundation for moving you toward success and improved wellbeing. We can focus on looking forward in order to create stability and achieve better self-care in your daily life. When it comes to health, nutrition, and weight loss, it is vitally important that we look at the entire picture of who you are and develop a lifestyle in which you are kind to yourself.
Regardless of your starting point, I want to help you achieve
- your own personal style of nutrition that works for your lifestyle
- a stronger sense of self-control based on healthy choices
- a new level of fitness, vitality, and wellbeing
- an improved ability to nurture yourself in all areas of your life
My role is to challenge you gently to become more of the person you want to be through questions, support, information, and guidance. I will support every success you make and look at ways to motivate you toward more effective behavior. I will be there to share ideas, experiences, and resources. As a lifestyle coach, it is my goal to support your innate abilities and to help you become the best that you can be.
Our coaching sessions are conducted in person or by phone at a regularly scheduled appointment time. I offer a free initial consultation of 20 minutes to discuss details of the format of calls and to give us a chance to introduce ourselves. I will also ask for some background from you regarding weight and health issues and habits.
Please be aware that I am not a nutritionist or physical trainer. I offer my wealth of experience and training as both a lifestyle counselor and a psychotherapist in service to you. If you are looking for in-depth guidance regarding health, wellbeing, self-care, and committing to yourself and your future, call now.
The first call is FREE.
